What regulations does the high-speed roll-up door for automated production lines comply with?

This product fulfils all the reference regulations to comply with the Ple / SIL3 (performance level) required by the standards EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL3 EN 62061. For this purpose, the door is equipped with a category 4 magnetic sensor as standard. Furthermore, any sensor of any brand that complies with such standards can be installed.

Can this model be installed in a sheet-handling process?

At Ferroflex, we have several types of fabric which include, among others, the following qualities: resistance to welding splatter, cuts when handling metal sheets, or resistance to impact from parts. They are available in several standard colours.

Does this high-speed door feature a PLC connection?

Yes, the control cabinet can connect the PLC to the door using analogue signals in order to control its status at all times. All of this has been integrated and designed so that no additional elements are required, and these doors are always manufactured and certified according to European regulations and directives.
