High-speed door for laboratories and clean rooms
At Ferroflex, we work to provide our customers with safe working environments.
For this reason, we have developed a new door for laboratories and cleanrooms that meets the highest standards of safety, tightness and cleanliness.
Its design blends in with the environment where it is installed, as well as maximising its functionality.
It has Class 5 air permeability certification, the highest in its category.
This high-speed door provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, contributing to a comfortable and efficient working environment. Equipped with sensors and safety mechanisms, our door guarantees safe and reliable operation, protecting for both personnel and facilities.
In addition, according to the needs of each client, our high-speed door canvases can be customised with iconography, images, logos or signage, depending on each case.

Air permeability class 5 is the highest classification given to the test to determine the air permeability resistance of doors in closed position.
A scale of 0 to 5 is established depending on the air leakage of an installed high-speed door.
Air permeability class 5 not only ensures stringent environmental control, but also contributes to the optimisation of air conditioning systems. By minimising air leakage, HVAC (ventilation, heating and air conditioning) equipment can operate more efficiently, which reduces energy consumption and consequently operating costs.
A cleanroom door is a type of door specifically designed for use in controlled environments where a very high level of cleanliness and sterility is required, such as in laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, electronic device production areas, or in the food industry. Its main features are:
- Hermeticity
- Pressure resistance
- Fast opening speed
- Easy to clean
- Specific materials for clean rooms
