High speed doors for production lines at Tiberina Group

The Ferroflex team, in partnership with Ingemat, S.L., has installed 13 machine-protection doors for the Italian company Tiberina Group, located in Tychy, Poland.

Tiberina Group is a supplier of manufacturing components that has established its welding line in a new facility in the central European country. As part of the project, 13 high-speed roll-up doors have been installed for automated production lines spread over 4 welding lines. This Ferroflex solution guarantees worker protection.

The implementation has been carried out by Ingemat, S.L., an engineering company located in the Basque Country that offers robotic automation projects, specialized in turnkey customized projects for the automotive industry.

Ferroflex rapid-roll doors for automated production lines offer high opening and closing speed, reliability and a safety barrier for operators.
