High-speed doors for the chemical and food sector

Industrial companies require fluidity in their facilities and easy accessibility to all areas that allow quick access to all their production and storage elements. This is the case of this company in Montmeló, in the province of Barcelona, where Ferroflex has installed various types of industrial doors in their chemical products and natural ingredients warehouse.

In this case, a customized solution has been required, combining two important aspects. On one hand, the need to streamline the workflow in a high-traffic area of the facilities, and on the other hand, the need to enhance security in a sensitive zone for the company, which requires extra security measures to prevent unauthorized access when the premises are closed.

At Ferroflex we designed a customised installation consisting of an aluminium roll-up door as a security door in combination with a high-speed fold-up door. This way, during the daily operations of the warehouse, the high-speed fold-up door ensures swift and fluid access, maximizing productivity in that work area. However, when the facilities are closed, the roll-up aluminum door provides enhanced security.
