Maintenance to keep high-speed and industrial doors of any brand always ready for use
In industrial and logistics environments, keeping accesses in perfect working order is a fundamental factor in ensuring the operational continuity of the business, optimising energy consumption and guaranteeing the safety of people. Therefore, the best measure to avoid interruptions in productivity and extend the useful life of high-speed and industrial doors is to have a good plan for periodical revisions and to be able to rely on specialised professionals for efficient maintenance of the systems. With this objective in mind, at Ferroflex, we offer technical support services and maintenance plans for industrial access systems of any brand.
Our network of highly qualified professionals has a wide presence throughout the country and can provide a rapid response to incidents involving high-speed and industrial doors. This personalised technical support also offers an exclusive fleet of equipped vehicles to deal with any problem more efficiently.
In order to minimise possible interruptions in the production chain and ensure optimal, long-lasting door performance, Ferroflex offers tailor-made preventive maintenance plans for all types of doors, such as roll-up doors, self-repairing doors, sectional doors, stacking doors and fire doors, among others. The maintenance also includes models from any manufacturer.
In addition to the benefits of preventive maintenance, there are a number of advantages to choosing one of our plans. For example, in the event of an access failure, Ferroflex gives priority support to customers with a maintenance agreement. Customers with a contract also receive additional discounts on door replacements.
How maintenance contracts work
The contracts we offer at Ferroflex are adjusted to the budget and needs of each business. The planning of the revisions is also adapted to the installation, as each door is subject to specific demands and work rhythms. In this sense, the number of revisions included in the maintenance plan is defined according to the models of the doors, as well as the number of daily cycles they carry out. In addition, the contract allows doors to be added and removed from the original planning if necessary, e.g. in case there is a structural change in the installation.
Based on the inspections, a report is drawn up for each of the doors included in the contract, which provides a diagnosis of their condition and, if necessary, details the corrective measures and spare parts required to ensure that the accesses continue to operate at their optimal performance. In this way, Ferroflex's maintenance agreements allow a rigorous control of the state of industrial accesses of all brands in order to avoid their deterioration and reduce unnecessary costs in the medium and long term. A highly recommended measure to provide safety for all types of high-speed and industrial doors, as well as for people and businesses.
